Draft notice: This is a working draft prepared to give GoatReelz a real, operative Terms of Service rather than none at all. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. Because this platform involves minors and NIL (name, image, likeness) activity, it should be reviewed by counsel licensed in Mississippi before GoatReelz relies on it in production.

1. Who we are

GoatReelz ("GoatReelz," "we," "us") is operated by Q Squared LLC. GoatReelz is a highlight-video and NIL (name, image, likeness) platform for athletes, schools, clubs/leagues, sponsors, and creators, currently focused on Mississippi.

2. Who can use GoatReelz

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. GoatReelz is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 13.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf, and must separately provide verifiable consent before any monetization feature (NIL deals, sponsor badges, merchandise sales, or any other payout) is enabled on your account. Until that consent is on file, your account's monetization features remain switched off — this is enforced in the product itself, not just stated here.

Directory ("seed") profiles built from public high school rosters and rankings are not accounts. A directory profile never displays contact information beyond what is already public, never earns money, and only becomes an account when the athlete (or, if a minor, their parent/guardian) affirmatively claims it and completes identity verification.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of video, images, and text you upload ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant GoatReelz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it on the platform and in GoatReelz's own promotion of the platform. You can remove Your Content at any time, which ends that license going forward.

You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload, and that you have the right to feature anyone shown in it. Some highlights on GoatReelz are embedded directly from YouTube rather than uploaded — those stay hosted on the original poster's channel, under their control, and are never downloaded or re-hosted by us.

4. NIL deals and payments

NIL deal, sponsorship, and merchandise features are subject to Mississippi law and, for high school athletes, MHSAA rules, which as of this writing prohibit NIL compensation for Mississippi high school athletes while they remain high-school-eligible. GoatReelz's NIL Rules Editor reflects current state and NCAA baseline rules, but you are responsible for confirming your own eligibility and compliance obligations — GoatReelz does not provide legal or tax advice, and using the platform's compliance tooling is not a substitute for your own diligence or professional advice.

5. Moderation and conduct

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, misrepresent an athlete's identity, target a minor inappropriately, or otherwise put users at risk. Uploaded video is subject to moderation review before it appears publicly.

6. Disclaimers and liability

GoatReelz is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of directory data sourced from public rankings, or any particular NIL or sponsorship outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q Squared LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GoatReelz.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
